In performing its HIV/AIDS coordination functions, NERCHA may collect, hold, use or disclose your personal information. NERCHA takes privacy very seriously and will only collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the Eswatini's Privacy Laws.

If NERCHA does not receive any personal information about you the Privacy Laws of Eswatini will not apply.
