NERCHA employs approximately 80 employees in 6 offices around the Kingdom of Eswatini, including on all four regions of the country. NERCHA’s head office is located in Mbabane in the Hhohho region. The majority of our employees are professionals and support staff, ranging from programme management, accountancy, IT services, information management services, people service, finance and administrative support. All employees are employed under the Eswatini Employment Act of ___ as amended.

To be eligible for employment at NERCHA in any capacity you must possess relevant and formal qualifications as stipulated in the job advertisement.
Fit and Proper Person Assessment
Before you are offered employment you are required to pass a security and character check. This will include a Police Records check.
Health Clearance
Every employee is expected to be covered in the employer medical insurance scheme.
