At the NERCHA, we work consistently and professionally to deliver the NERCHA’s mandate of ending AIDS by 2022 – a mandate that has been given to us by His Majesty the King of Eswatini and his people. We are committed to a workplace that reflects the community we serve. We recognise how drawing on different experiences and opinions drives innovation, new ideas and a more collaborative workplace.

NERCHA employs approximately 80 employees in 6 offices around the Kingdom of Eswatini, including on all four regions of the country. NERCHA’s head office is located in Mbabane in the Hhohho region. The majority of our employees are professionals and support staff, ranging from programme management, accountancy, IT services, information management services, people service, finance and administrative support. All employees are employed under the Eswatini Employment Act of ___ as amended.

We welcome and encourage applications from candidates with diverse backgrounds and experiences. We encourage everyone to be themselves without fear of discrimination or judgement about their ancestry, age, gender identity, religion, sexual orientation, cultural background and/or disability status.
