The NERCHA Corporate Strategy (2014-2018) sets out NERCHA’s plans to reposition itself, transform
itself and make an improved contribution to an AIDS-free Swaziland.
Change at NERCHA is being driven by external and internal forces. These include the changing HIV
epidemic in Swaziland, the global and local financing environment, a global drive for efficiencies,
momentum to reform AIDS architecture, the extended National Multisectoral HIV and AIDS Strategic
Framework, stakeholder expectations and demands for a better performance at NERCHA, organisational
challenges and internal pressure for change.
