Grants Management

NERCHA is funded by the Government of Eswatini and by grants from the Global Fund to fight, AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (“Global Fund”), bi-lateral and multi-lateral donors and others. Grant income received during the years has continued to decreased by over the years to 2018 and, as shown on the table below, the major decreases were experienced under Government and the Global Fund. The decrease on disbursements from the Global Fund was aligned to the grant budget for the year and was therefore antcipated whilst the
decrease from Government was not antcipated.
